Check files, shares and password safe

Files and folders

• Check the private or team area, current folder, file version, trash and write permission.
• For large uploads, wait for confirmed completion before leaving the page.
• Test preview and download separately: a missing preview does not automatically mean the file is unavailable.
• Record the file name, size, type, time and processing state.

Shares

For guest shares, check the token, expiry, revocation and password protection. Use only the newest complete link. Do not include share links in public tickets or screenshots. Provide confidential original files only through an agreed secure channel.

Password safe

1. Check the selected safe and local unlock state.
2. Compare membership, role and group access.
3. For team safes, confirm that administrators are prepared and keys have been distributed completely.
4. For imports, check the format and KDBX version.
5. Repeat rotation, export or access migration only after the previous state is clear.

CSV exports are unencrypted and are not a diagnostic tool. Never send master passwords, recovery information or safe contents to support.
